2x Full-Time Position (Contract Basis)

 JOB TITLE:
Physiotherapist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions through thorough patient evaluations.
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  3. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
  4. Educate patients on home exercise programs and preventive measures.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  7. Stay updated on current trends and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
  8. Be able to conduct the above services on a mobile service model. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  2. Valid HPCZ Full Registration and Practice license as a physiotherapist.
  3. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  5. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  6. Should poses decent computer usage skills.

 JOB TITLE:
Customer Delight Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Serve as the first contact person for clients in the reception.
  2. Coordinate patient flow through the visit journey. 
  3. Handle a high volume of incoming patient calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  4. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  5. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other Carepeak Specialist Clinic departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay informed about Carepeak’s products, services, and policies.
  9. Follow established call scripts and procedures to maintain consistency in customer interactions.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Bachelors Degree in any Social Science.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center technology.
  6. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  7. High school diploma or equivalent.
