Dear Vendor/HR Consultant,
Carepeak Specialist Clinic is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced HR consultant to assist in the development of a responsive organizational structure that aligns with our objectives, mission, and vision. We invite you to submit a proposal to provide the following HR consultancy services: job evaluation, job design, job descriptions, and organizational structure.
– Include references and examples of similar HR consultancy projects successfully completed.
– Describe how you will ensure effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the project.
– Specify the level of involvement of senior consultants and their availability for project oversight.
– Clearly indicate the estimated start and end dates for each phase of the project.
– Specify the billing structure, payment terms, and any additional expenses that may arise during the project.
Please note that the proposal should be submitted in both hard copy and electronic format no later than 28th July 2023. Late submissions may not be considered.
1. Demonstrated expertise and experience in HR consultancy, specifically in job evaluation,

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that job design meets the specific needs and objectives of Carepeak Specialist Clinic.3. Job Descriptions:
Develop comprehensive and accurate job descriptions for all positions within our organization. Consult with relevant departments and employees to gather information and insights necessary for creating detailed job descriptions. Ensure that job descriptions align with industry standards, best practices, and legal requirements.4. Organizational Structure:
Assess the current organizational structure and identify any gaps or inefficiencies. Design an organizational structure that supports our objectives, mission, and vision. Provide recommendations on reporting lines, departmental responsibilities, and team compositions to enhance collaboration and communication.Proposal Submission Guidelines:
Interested vendors/consultants are requested to submit the following information in their proposal:1. Company Profile:
– Provide a brief overview of your company, including years of experience, areas of expertise, and any relevant certifications or accreditations.– Include references and examples of similar HR consultancy projects successfully completed.
