Refund Conditions Apply

We offer a full money-back refunds on all bookings made online on our website; but under specific conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained below in more detail, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation. Note that the correct refund procedure must be followed in order to get approval. 

Eligibility Criteria for Refund

The client doesn’t receive the service paid for
The service received by the client doesn’t match the one paid for
The care provider provided the wrong service, or
the service was incomplete.
The care provider doesn’t fulfill their responsibility as stated in the listed services

As the client, you must meet the following criteria:

You must pay for your purchase online using an eligible payment method at checkout on www.carepeak.clinic

You must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames;

The service may not be an excluded service or subject to any additional exclusions;

You may not seek a resolution for the same issue by another resolution method

Exclusion Criteria for Refund


Doesn’t include services that were started and then aborted prematurely by the client. 

Doesn’t include user transaction fees

Non-registered users of the Carepeak Clinic Website. 
Non-residents of Zambia

Refund Procedures


If you are unhappy with the product or service that you have purchased from/through our website, please let us know by emailing us at refunds@carepeak.clinic. For online bookings, this includes clicking the cancellations link that is sent to the client on confirmation of booking.

Note that all correspondence regarding refunds must be done through the email address used to register as a website user.


Our Refunds Policy gives you up to 24 hours or 1 day (latest) from the date of service payment to notify us of your intent for a refund. This notice also has to meet the 8 hours prior to the appointment date and time condition. You are eligible for a full refund (excluding transaction fees) within 10 working days of your online payment.
After the 24-hour period, we cannot offer you a refund. We may however reschedule your appointment to the next ideal calendar slot according to that service provider’s schedule. 

 
We encourage our customers to thoroughly read the service description online prior to booking to avoid unnecessary requests for a refund. If the refunds criteria is met, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any transaction charges or coupon bonuses.
